Day15 Legs and Back

Okay....I have AWFUL at blogging, but I have been faithful to the program...I weighed in just now and am down 7.2 pounds since I began.....I also am starting to see some results in clothes...jeans are baggy, shirts are not as tight around my chest!

Today is day 15--Legs and Back....I NEED to drink water today...Yesterday was not a good water day for me...Good news....I made it through the entire Yoga workout and even did 4 real push-ups!  I LOVED how the sweat was dripping from every pore of my body...

Now I am headed down for my morning workout of legs and back with my hubby!  Awesome workout today...I feel much stronger and sweat up a storm.

  1. So far so good. You are staying at that magic .5 lb net loss per day. I bet that continues for at least 30 more days. That will put you down a total of 22 lbs at day 45. You may slow a bit after that, but I bet you will still loose another 12-15 by the end of your first round. That will land you around 34-39 lbs down at the end and that is including significant muscle gain.

    So now that we have validated the model for you, it is just a matter of staying locked on and bringing it.
