  1. I am really glad that you are doing this. Now I really have someone to help compare myself too. Mike was way too far ahead of me and he's a boy. They are built different. Week 1 is fun and hard (you're sore all the time). Week 2 is not fun and easier(you're not sore). Week 3 is hard and motivating(you really bring it so you are sore again). I am looking forward to week 4. I still have not actually lost any weight but i have lost about 1.5-1.75 inch off my waist. I wish I lived there. I would come over every am and work out with you guys. then Mike could cook for me too! : ) We are all going to be so healthy!!!
