Day 2--kenpo

Day # 2 - I am SORE but totally pumped....Who could ask for more...a personal trainer in my home at 5:30 in the morning with a shake handed to me when I was done,  my lunch packed and all calories marked on each item, and walked in from work with a healthy dinner prepared...I love my husband!
