What a great workout! I love to feel the burn and to feel like a really sweated my butt off! I am officially one week into the program and am locked on! I have decided that I am so glad that I took this on over the holiday. There just really is not a single food that I love MORE than my health or the feeling of buttoning a pair of jeans that does not cut off my circulation. So, with that being said, on to week 2!

The first two weeks are the hardest and then it is easy sailing. I love plyo too. It is the closest to that running intensity that you will get.
