    How is it going? You feeling good?!?!?! Do you use a chair for the pull ups? I have too. It makes it harder to really get strong cause you are also using your leg. I didnt reach my goal of 5 real pullups this week. But I'll get it one day. You know, when I was in high school I did 40 pull-ups in a row one day. 30 yrs is harder then I thought. : ) Love you!!
